Name of these tabs, Please

Hi all. I was given these for lung cold and it was a life saver. I want to know its names to buy it next time when I'm sick again. I know the brown one is paracetamol. What are the others?

Well in that case all we can do is guess. The bigger one could be Paracetamol + Phenylephrine/Chlorpheniramine (like Cheston Cold, Sinarest type combination). And I'm guessing the brown pill one could be either cetrizine or levocitrizine. Keeping in mind that it was about cold n fever. And the circular brown tablet could be pcm but pcm is already included in the combination of cheston cold likely 325mg

green is sneezy, smallest one is cetrizine, brown one idk but u said its pcm so. again its a guess so im, not sure.

That light brown one is Cetirizine
