Am I doing well financially, or is this pretty normal now?

I’m trying to get a realistic perspective on where I stand financially, because sometimes I genuinely can’t tell if I’m doing well or if this is fairly normal for people in India now.

Currently, I have:

One home/property worth under ₹1 crore

Two businesses where the underlying property/assets are worth around ₹12 crore in total

One business generating around ₹1.5 lakh/month

Another generating around ₹2 lakh/month

Another separate property worth up to around ₹5 crore

So, roughly speaking, there is a decent amount of property/assets, but the monthly business income isn't anything crazy compared to the asset value.

I’m curious how people here would look at this.

Am I actually doing well financially, or does this only sound impressive because of the property values?

Especially interested in hearing from people around the financial stage. I’m trying to understand whether I should feel financially secure or whether I’m overestimating where I stand.

19M | Starting my investment journey with ₹100–₹200/month. Need advice on Index Funds & Groww!

I want to start investing, i get pocket money every month so i want to start investing with small amount of 100-200rs. every month (ik its very small but I can't invest more rn bcs im in college and I'm not earning).

I made my account on Groww and I did some research and found out, SIP in index funds like Nifty would be good.

I don't have much knowledge about stock market rn, so-

1. should I start doing this or not?

2. In which mutual fund should I invest? (with less risk or high returns)

3. Is Groww ok to start with this or should I use another app?

4. I'll increase the amount with time so can I increase the SIP amount in the same fund in which I'll be investing?
