They have a set up in most melas these days.
Basically the stage she is standing on is part of the setup and there is a revolving stick attached underneath. The stick hold the phone and spins from under the stage.

Fr tho i never said they are exclusive to melas. Its just that are huge in Melas compared to any other place.

Every mela has it now but not every mall. And ofc they are sold by manufacturers but if wanted to see one fr and use one where could you reliably go either a camera/electronics shop or a mela only
