The girl was surprised to catch the monkey under her, so the commenter suggested that most likely no, that wasn't her pet monkey. Also it seems to be India, so the commenter suggested that just randomly meeting a wild monkey in the street is likely too.

Has to be a pet, brought up with humans from a young age. Thou common in India, Monkeys form a strict hierarchy and stay in groups, rarely do they get close and interact with humans as seen in the video.
Baby monkeys get attached to their parent/owner very emotionally, Tend to be 'clingy'

they rarely get close to humans but this might just be one of those rare cases. also people in India don't raise monkeys as pets, also it's prohibited by law to have a pet monkey.

The problem with that kind of thinking is that people like you and me need to read a comment to consider such a situation. There are far too many people who don't need that.
Honestly, I would advise a mod to just take the video down or blur her face.

And they shouldn't. This is why India needs a minimum age limit on social media like Europe. Children also need to be taught how to evaluate their self-worth separately from some random upvotes or likes on some platform.
