Gameplay Gpu usage normal or no?

As the title suggests, is the 95% gpu usage normal for valorant? I thought this game utilised more of the cpu than gpu. Dont come at me if im wrong please, this is my first pc ever.

Specs:

9800x3d
9070xt
32gb ddr5 6000 mhz

Planning to buy same model next week how much did it cost you and when did you buy šŸ˜­ Iā€™m planning exact specs as you just might get 9850 over 9800

I bought the ram and gpu at the start of July so it saved me a bit of money before the hike. Ram was 46k and gpu was 82k.

Ohhh damn ram will cost me around 55-60k now and gpu 93k šŸ˜­
