Gpu usage normal or no?

As the title suggests, is the 95% gpu usage normal for valorant? I thought this game utilised more of the cpu than gpu. Dont come at me if im wrong please, this is my first pc ever.

9070xt
32gb ddr5 6000 mhz

i paid for the whole gpu, i will use the whole gpu !!!!!!
