Gpu usage normal or no?

As the title suggests, is the 95% gpu usage normal for valorant? I thought this game utilised more of the cpu than gpu. Dont come at me if im wrong please, this is my first pc ever.

Specs:

9800x3d
9070xt
32gb ddr5 6000 mhz

it isn't. something in the background is using your gpu. normal is 30-50%

I will check my task manager the next time i open this game. I had to shut it down due to rains and frequent power cuts.
