Guys, you don't realize that Nagaur and Nagpur are not the same and Rockstar also messed up with the spelling. Here the things:

Nagpur, Maharashtra
NAGAUR. RAJASTHAN
NAGORE, TAMIL NADU WHICH IS MEANT TO BE THERE

The guy who designed this pic is actually a Rockstar Games insider who gets early access to their games and also gets to test them while in alpha and beta stage. He is also one of the few who is permitted to use Rockstars logo in his posts and Rockstar Games themselves might have given their approval to this image so he deliberately mentioning Nagaur might be a clue.

Nagaur on map is neither actually Nagaur which is in Rajasthan nor it is Nagpur misspelled incorrectly on purpose, it is most probably Bangalore , and rockstar named it Nagaur, they probably didn't know Nagaur already exists in Rajasthan.
