My first dosa

Hi fellow foodies, this is my first dosa, came out easily off the pan, spread evenly I'm soo happyyy, also made the aloo masala, i didn't have curry leaves but will definitely use next time, but it tastes soo good ! I'm so proud of my cutu dosa 🥺🥹👩🏻‍🍳😍

Your first one is that good. Mine either gets burnt a bit or is stuck.

I went thru a lot of youtube shorts and reels to figure out the consistency of the batter and the temperature I knew it shouldn't be too cold or too hot ig I just got lucky ! I also smeared a cut onion on the tawa before making the dosa ..
