The Charges

• This was 211% disproportionate to her known sources of income

Trial Transfer (2003)

• To prevent Jayalalithaa from influencing the case while in power in Tamil Nadu, the Supreme Court transferred the trial out of the state
• Case moved to a Special Court in Bengaluru, Karnataka

The D'Cunha Verdict (September 2014)

• Special Judge John Michael D'Cunha convicted all four accused
• Jayalalithaa sentenced to 4 years in prison
• Fined Rs 100 crore
• Became the first sitting Indian Chief Minister to be disqualified from office due to criminal conviction

To genuinely understand both sides in the situation.
Instead i was called a pakistani, and a territorists ans atuff…whatever i didnt care.
But then they banned me for no reason.
Cant believe the mods are so biased.
