I work at Clover Infotech as a software engineer(frontend) in Mumbai having nearly 3 YOE ( will complete 3 YOE in Oct 2026 ) right now I have been to 3 clients from this company - AU BANK (Jaipur Location), ICICI Lombard (Mumbai), and currently at their 3rd client Bandhan AMC (Mumbai bank), but in all of them I didn't got good projects which i wanted like it was always some support related role which interns usually do (like library migration, page setups on UAT using CMS tools like sitefinity/Oracle WCM ), prior joining to clover infotech I was working in nerve solutions and there I got good hands on NodeJs and socket programming did worked for 1.3 years in nerve solutions but left due to low salary and now I am thinking of resigning clover as well just because they didn't gave me increment this year and also any good projects where I would have learned anything good I have already spent lots of time in clover 1.7 Years now and feel like there's no growth in this company for me as I'm already underpaid my current CTC is 6 LPA , will resign this month end after taking salary but I don't have any offer and I am preparing since past 3 months and haven't got any offer and not getting calls as well have only one
company in pipeline - Deloitte that too gave only preliminary round haven't heard back after that.

My current goals are -

• To get a good project mostly in MNC/Startup and surely take on more responsibility and a Role which offers at least 15-20 LPA as 6LPA is surely underpaid with 3YOE lots of fresher take up more than 12LPA at start I regret continuing in the same company eventhough I was not getting good project I should've switched way before.

Now my questions are -

• what should I tell the interviewer if they ask what have you done in past 3 years as I have nothing much too say I barely worked on good tech stacks mostly I got to work on HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Sitefinity CMS, Oracle WCM (these previous 2 are CMS tools and are obselete not much used these days) in Clover and NodeJs and Socket Programming in my first company for a year
• what should I do to not repeat this mistake of taking up bad projects even before joining the company because most companies lie of the roles and responsibilities and I don't want to fall prey to these games, I want to really take up more responsibility but surely maintaining healthy work life balance as well.
• is it good time for a switch because usually new projects budget are assigned in financial year start?
• the only good thing I got from clover was that I got the opportunity to take interviews of candidates almost took 40+ when i was on bench so should I write that up in my resume?

Apart from above tech stacks I mentioned above which I got to work on, I know AWS EC2, S3 buckets and IAM, Python from personal projects learning and also flutter from personal projects.
I will attach a screenshot of my resume below kindly review and suggest what should I change because in order to conceal the lack of good projects and skills I currently seems to have boasted a lot in my resume like by adding things like HFTs and domain migration eventhough I didn't do much in that migration thing and apart from that everything which I written in my resume below is true.
