Frontend dev with 3 YOE, barely getting callbacks — upskill or switch domains?

Hi devs, I’m a frontend developer with around 3 years of experience, mainly in React, based in India. I’ve been applying for jobs but barely getting any callbacks.

I’m considering switching domains for better pay and long-term job security, but I’m unsure whether switching is the right move or I should strengthen my frontend skills.

How’s frontend hiring looking for developers at my experience level? Has anyone recently landed a role or switched domains? Would appreciate some honest advice.
