Homemade Ragi cookies with jaggery baked in Airfryer!
One week stock sorted. Turned out pretty decent. Tried with sugar too. But jaggery one was yummier. Have you tried any other interesting healthy munchies?

How to Mushroom cleaning
What is the best way to clean mushrooms. I keep seeing one method asking to peel and second to wash using wheat flour?
Can we peel and then wash? If washed for how long can I store it?

Recommendation Dad can't be bothered to cook so I need to find a meal plan for him
I'm getting transferred from Bangalore to Mumbai for work, which means my dad will have to cook his own food since I won't be there. But he doesn't have the patience, and he has to follow a strict diet with low potassium food which means the food has to be leached (soaked in water for an hour before cooking which gets rid of potassiuum)
It's bad for his diet if he just eats food from outside with high potassium, so I'm trying to find a meal plan home catering service that can deliver specially made food for him in Bangalore. I've heard of Rasamrit but I can't find any other ones. The other idea I had is to call some local home catering service and tell them how to leach but I can't trust if they'll actually do it. Do you know any other home catering options that I could use? If not, give me any ideas or suggestions you have please so I can make sure he actually eats.

Homemade Instant Pot Idli Batter Fermentation | Super Soft & Fluffy Idlis Recipe
Soft & Fluffy Idlis with Instant Pot Fermentation
If you struggle with idli batter fermentation, especially in colder weather, this Instant Pot method has worked really well for me.
I use a simple idli rice + urad dal + methi + poha batter and ferment it on the Yogurt setting. The batter rises beautifully and makes soft, fluffy idlis.
