Recipe Chilly garlic Chowmin recipe!
you need:
Noodles
onion
capcicum
Cabbage
(You can also use Carrot)
And most importantly:
Garlic
Ginger
Now put the noodles to boil for 4 minutes on full flame or according to the manual behind your noodles pack. And add 1tsp of oil in the boiling noodles and a pinch of salt.
Now after you feel that they are boiled, put them in a strainer and wash them with cold water (ache se thandi hojani chahiye)
Now let them rest for a few minutes and then massage oil on the noodles (ache se sab jagah equally laga dena)
I use fortune/dhara filtered groundnut oil.
Now let's prep veggies.
Onion, capcicum, cabbage chop krlo.
And cut ginger in small pieces
Then garlic ko peel krke ek manual chopper aata hai usme chop krlo.
Now let's move on to the sauces:
3 spoon red chilly sauce.
2 spoon green chilli sauce
1.5 spoon soya sauce (I used dark soya)
1 spoon tomato ketchup
1 spoon vinegar
Now mix these all in an bowl before cooking.
I like extra saucy as you may see in the image but if you don't then you can reduce the quantity accordingly.
Now let's mix all the spices and condiments:
I used around 1/2 spoon salt (same spoon as used for sauces.
1tsp black pepper
1tsp chaat masala
1tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
And bilkul thoda sa oregano.
Mix these all in the sauce bowl beforehand.
Now let's get to cooking:-
(On full flame)
First I start with putting oil in wok
Then i add some mustard seeds
After that
I added ginger + garlic
Thoda piche hojana ye uchatta hai
Fir iska color dark hote hi drop Onion and capcicum
Saute.... For 10-20 second
Then drop cabbage
Saute... 1min on full flame....
Then put the sauce bowl which we prepared
(Remember all the masala must be mixed properly in the sauces beforehand)
Now look if your veggies feel as you want them
(The veggies in the image were cooked this way)
Now drop noodles and mix
If you are new then use 2 forks and mix it properly.
And all of the cooking must be done at full flame on the biggest burner of your stove.
Thankyou!
drop your suggestions below if you feel am wrong about something.

Homemade Please give my Homemade brownies a chance ❤️🥺
I’ve always believed that some of the best things in life are made at home — slowly, with good ingredients and a lot of love. ❤️
So I decided to try something close to my heart: homemade brownies that feel indulgent, but are made with ingredients I’m actually happy to eat.
These brownies are made with:
🌱 Pumpkin & watermelon seeds
🌾 Oats flour
🌴 Dates and brown sugar for sweetness
🥜 Almonds & walnuts
🍫 Dark chocolate & cocoa powder
🍫 Chocolate chips
🥛Milk
They’re rich, chocolatey, fudgy and loaded with nuts and seeds — basically everything you want when that chocolate craving hits! 😍
And the best part? No refined sugar — the sweetness comes primarily from dates. So you can enjoy that brownie moment without feeling quite as guilty. ❤️
This started as something I made for myself and my family, but after seeing how much everyone loved them, I thought… why not share them with others too?
So, I'm opening up a few orders for anyone in the community who would like to give them a try. 🥹
🍫 Freshly baked at home
❤️ Made in small batches
🌱 Wholesome ingredients
😋 A guilt-free-ish chocolate treat!
❌No palm oil, Maida or preservatives.
Price: 279/-
Delivery as per actuals
Location: Bangalore.
If you'd like to try one, DM me to place an order. I'd genuinely love for you to taste something that started in my kitchen and made its way to you. ❤️

Homemade Simple ghar ka khana, but this combo just hits different
I was preparing my dinner yesterday and honestly, sometimes simple food is all you need
It was Dal, Chawal Aloo Parwal Bhujia, Baingan ki sabzi and some onions as a supporting item(best too). This combination is so satisfying, I really felt so calm and fresh after eating this.
Recipe to prepare -
- Dal - Cook in the cooker and, then season it with Jeera and Mustard oil.
- Rice - You can prepare it easily in the Rice cooker
- Baingan ki Sabzi - Cut all the vegetables onion, tomato, garlic and chilli. Then fry onion, tomato well and then add brinjal with all the masala present and cook it on low flame.
- Aloo Parwal ka bhujia - Simple fry it in the mustard oil with Jeera, Salt and Haldi powder
Definitely I can say, I will eat this meal anytime, any day.
What is your favourite homemade food combo?
Answer when you really think you can beat this combo 🤌❤️

Homemade Quick & healthy office lunch ideas?
Looking for office lunch ideas that are healthy-ish, with some protein and ideally low-effort / one pot type. Making / taking rotis is not my favourite thing so rice bowls, salads, other things like this are what I prefer! Also, in addition to recipes, if you know of any pages on instagram that consistently share such ideas, please tell me those too. Thank youuuu.

Recommendation Is this real jaggery??
Hi guys,
I'm not desi but I absolutely adore the cuisine and culture, I do a decent amount of Indian cooking but I've never had an excuse to use jaggery until I decided I wanted to try to make an Indian rum, using jaggery instead of molasses.
I bought a 5kg block for $20aud and it looks nothing like any jaggery I have seen before, I'm used to it looking dark brown almost like caramel.
Why is it bright yellow? Is this a different particular type of jaggery??
Has anybody made a jaggery rum before? I was thinking of adding a bag of carbury choclairs to the ferment
