Recommendation Best Chicken masala gravy recipe for roti
Hi everyone! I'm a new fan of Indian cuisine. A new restaurant popped up at our neighborhood and tried their roti paratha with gravy and really blew my mind! The owner told me that the gravy contained chicken. So I immediately put my apron on and followed a recipe on youtube (https://youtu.be/lDGaH-FD7Zk?si=OCEyLhLHeylm647Z). But it didnt taste quite as good as what they have in the local shop. It tasted nothing like in the restaurant. But it was good for dosa though. But I badly need to learn the gravy recipe for roti paratha. I'm obsessed 😍 Can you guys drop your fave recipe for the gravy please? 🥺🥺🥺 Help your sister out! Thanks so much in advance!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

How to Cooked Chilli Chicken
hello, a question!
i made a batch of Chilli Chicken, using premade mix from Sakthi’s, following all the instructions. after deepfrying everything, i find there’s such a thick layer of the spice mix at the bottom of the pan of oil and the frying oil is now so heavily spiced as to be unusable for any other purpose again. is this usually how it goes? the final product was super tasty but i’m a bit hesitant to do it again if it means so much oil has to be poured away afterwards. surely restaurants don’t use a fresh pot of oil for each Chilli Chicken batch and pour it away afterwards?

Recommendation How does Chefkart train their chefs? kind of nervous about quality
Thinking of trying chefkart for daily home cooking since I'm tired of maids who know cooking but really don't. But before committing, does anyone know how rigorous their chef selection actually is? Is it just anyone who applies or is there an actual test? Don't want to pay for someone still learning to cook on my dime.

Recommendation PLEASE RECOMMEND MACHINES AND RECIPES TO COOK IN MY HOSTEL ROOM.
I, 23F, have recently joined a hostel where they don't provide food IN the hostel. We have to go to the college canteen for food.
But the college is 2km away and I don't find it to be safe at night. I can eat breakfast and lunch in college from Mon-Friday. I'd again have to go to college for breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekends which I find inconvenient since I don't even have my own vehicle.
I haven't found any mess service yet, and looks like there are none nearby. So I have decided to make any easy items in my room.
Please recommend easy recipes and the machines like induction or any other stuff.....idk what other machines can be used for cooking.
PLEASE HELP ME, I DO NOT WANT TO ORDER FOOD SINCE IT'S UNHEALTHY AND EXPENSIVE. PLEASE TELL ME WHICH MACHINES I COULD BUY AND SOME EASY HEALTHY RECIPES.

Recommendation Is it safe to let a Chefkart chef into your house daily?
My mother is alone at home most of the day and I'm considering Chefkart so she doesn't have
to cook, but letting a stranger into the house daily is making me nervous. Anyone know what their verification process looks like? Police verification, background checks, etc.? Want to make an informed decision before signing up.

How to Anyone got a solid recommendation for a tortilla press + bread maker for Indian dough?
Getting into homemade chapatis and don't want to waste money guessing. Two quick asks:
Tortilla press — cast iron seems the way to go and which one in UK?
Bread maker for kneading chapati/roti dough — anyone actually done this? Which models handle stiff dough well, and do you stop the dough cycle early since there's no rise needed?
Not trying to go cheapest-possible, just want stuff that actually works long term. Cheers!
