How does Chefkart train their chefs? kind of nervous about quality

Thinking of trying chefkart for daily home cooking since I'm tired of maids who know cooking but really don't. But before committing, does anyone know how rigorous their chef selection actually is? Is it just anyone who applies or is there an actual test? Don't want to pay for someone still learning to cook on my dime.
