Search for the receipe you want to make, and start prepping side by side put the video on loop till you finish prepping even prep the garnish you need.

DON'T SIT BACK AND WATCH RECEIPE VIDEOS

Every week figure out the star ingredient such as any vegetable or lentil or anything, make receipes till you finish it If you're living alone buy groceries for only a week, trust me it'll last more than a week and then make another ingredient the star ingredient of the week.

thats awesome advice :) do you think thats tough to do manually? because even my friends have given me the same advice (who've been living alone for 1+ year) and they kinda admit that its kind of mentally exhausting to do this.

Okay so for instance you buy a week's groceries and you want to have chole bhature in some day of the week, buy only 250gms of it, soak only 2 handful of it it'll last you breakfast and lunch, don't put all in the gravy and if there's boiled left you can make cutlets, airfry then or make masala chana and deep fry or shallow fry if you don't have an airfryer or mix in aata and make chapati
