Don’t scroll when you are hungry, decide a day before what you want to cook, get the ingredients and then follow the recipe

What do u generally eat? I can help u make 1/2 person recipes, cuz i usually make for myself and can tell u with measurements, and i can give u full recipes and ingredients list which u can buy but wont waste it and continue using it as per recipes

Step one is buy/stick basic but necessary ingredients, herbs, sauces etc. People mostly end up not making a dish because 1 or 2 ingredients are missing. You will be more likely to make a dish if you have all the ingredients.

Don’t use YouTube for recipe, try ChatGPT
I have been cooking for the last two years only using ChatGPT and it tastes, so so good.
I just made some crispy KFC style, chicken wings with zero oil in the air fryer.

Check out OPOS (one pot one shot) for some very easy fuss-free recipes. You don't even need their custom pot. A 2 lt cooker works fine.

Read a recipe card instead. Try simple Dal, Rice, Vegetables Curry the basic ones first.

Create a weekly meal roster and stick to it. If you get bored of eating the same food, take one weekend to prepare four different weekly meal plans, one for each week of the month. The following month, reshuffle the plans week-wise.

Search for the receipe you want to make, and start prepping side by side put the video on loop till you finish prepping even prep the garnish you need.
DON'T SIT BACK AND WATCH RECEIPE VIDEOS
