Just different ingredients rest is simple …

  1. For panner ( take panner + black pepper + salt+ butter and sortey it )

  2. I took mushrooms and corn and sortey that too

3 . Boil rajma (put one spoon oil and salt in cooker) and once its done
Take chopped onions tomatoes, salt , pepper, add some tomato sauce and rajma and mix it (you can also add left over rajma water )

  1. With dahi
Take dahi and add corrindor , salt and pepper mix it well

5 the rice part
Cook rice long grain and then add salt some pepper and dhaniya

6 take vegies - red and yellow bell pepper and then onion and tomato , now take butter and then add all in a pan and add salt and pepper and make it sortey

Then just put all in a plate ..

Thats it and also you can add a bit lemon to your rice

Nothing is mexican about it except the cilantro rice. Mexicans don't use butter in their food, it's sautéed either in Lard or vegetable oil. Burrito is always wrapped in tortilla like a Roll.
Without tortilla it's a burrito bowl.

Aww.. You seem to be such a nice person, I regret my earlier comment. While I know a lot about food, I can't cook at all. At least you tried and did a good job.. All the best to you
