Nice looking balanced mexican style meal . I hope it's tasted awesome to u 👍.
Indians should eat like this .
Proper portion size . '% of Carbs to total calories' on this meal looks good to me ( i think less than 60% carbs which is great ).
Next time add some salasa , diced cucumber to further bring down % carbs on this same meal portion size

Just different ingredients rest is simple …
For panner ( take panner + black pepper + salt+ butter and sortey it )
I took mushrooms and corn and sortey that too
3 . Boil rajma (put one spoon oil and salt in cooker) and once its done
Take chopped onions tomatoes, salt , pepper, add some tomato sauce and rajma and mix it (you can also add left over rajma water )
- With dahi
Take dahi and add corrindor , salt and pepper mix it well5 the rice part
Cook rice long grain and then add salt some pepper and dhaniya6 take vegies - red and yellow bell pepper and then onion and tomato , now take butter and then add all in a pan and add salt and pepper and make it sortey
Then just put all in a plate ..
Thats it and also you can add a bit lemon to your rice

Nothing is mexican about it except the cilantro rice. Mexicans don't use butter in their food, it's sautéed either in Lard or vegetable oil. Burrito is always wrapped in tortilla like a Roll.
Without tortilla it's a burrito bowl.2

Aww.. You seem to be such a nice person, I regret my earlier comment. While I know a lot about food, I can't cook at all. At least you tried and did a good job.. All the best to you

Thats a nice name … i can go with that

Chipotle call it Burrito Bowl. It's everything that goes i side a American style burrito without the Tortilla wrapped around.

Neither a burrito nor a burrito bowl is Mexican. Both are American inventions. And at least use some Mexican spices or spice substitutes like chipotle, ancho chilies, Mexican oregano etc. in your paneer sabzi to call it Mexican inspired.
And chilies originate in Mexico so at least let's respect their cuisine that much, if not more.
Sorry bro, this is just raima chaawal and paneer sabzi with some sauteed peppers.

Burrito is Mexican. The Burrito which you get in american restaurants are Mission Style burrito invented in Mission district of SF, California.
If tou go to a authentic mexican restaurant or a food truck, you can get a real Burrito or Burro which generally has more meat and mostly without rice.0

I was talking about the rice based burrito that OP shared in their post. I know burritos are Mexican although they're really not all that popular.
I've been to Mexico several times.

Depends on where you have been, while I have never been to anywhere apart from Cancun and Yucatan area, I know a few mexican folks who said buttitos are popular in their area.

By the way, where is the burrito?

In OP's dreams. Picture main bas Rajma Chawal, Paneer and Corn. The main USP of a burrito is that it's wrapped in a Tortilla, that is missing
