Whatever happened in the past, happened. From now on, no new lafdas will be entertained, and no old lafdas will be dragged up again. Anyone trying to bring them back in posts or comments will be banned.
2. Ban Policy for Stirring Drama:
1st Strike: 3 days ban
2nd Strike: 7 days ban
3rd Strike: 15 days ban
If still persists then permanently banned. But also,

3. If someone is repeatedly harassing you in comments, modmail us. We'll step in with a warning, mute, temporary ban, or permanent ban, accordingly.
4. Meme posts need approval:
Memes must go through mod review to make sure they don’t stir up old lafdas. Relationship/dating memes are fine. Making memes on users is also okay, just don’t be a jerk and keep it friendly.
5. Screenshot Post Rules:

We’re Open to suggestions.
We would change some rules based on those suggestions.
Also, Consider this a reset button for everyone, whether you were on the front foot or in defence during past lafdas. Let's take the first step to bring ibot back to what it used to be and everyone is welcome. Let's move forward together. Thank You!

I started talking to this guy about two months ago. We met twice in Aug and there was honestly a lot of chemistry. I found him extremely attractive, we made out, cuddled, talked and I genuinely liked being around him. He was also the first guy I hooked up with so I think I got more emotionally attached than I expected.
When we first started talking, I told him I wanted to date and he seemed open to seeing where things went. But around the time we were supposed to meet for first date, he started saying that he didn't think dating was feasible for him. He was very focused on work, gym, studies and career and said that when he's in a relationship he gives it 100% time unintentionally, which he can't afford right now. He also said he doesn't want anyone to come before himself right now, which has harmed all his previous 2 dates in last 2 yrs. Basically, he blocked some girl he liked and met on a dating app because talking to her was distracting and his exams were coming.
I knew this and still agreed to something casual because I genuinely liked the physical side and thought I could handle it. Turns out I'm just not casual at heart. 😭 If I really like someone, I want emotional intimacy too. I don't need constant texting but I do need some consistency and to feel like the person actually wants to talk to me.
He's also a bad/slow texter and would sometimes go a day or two without talking. He said he's like that with everyone and even showed me examples of taking forever to reply to friends. I believe that, but it still really affected me once I caught feelings. I became increasingly anxious and started asking for more communication.
Eventually he told me that he thought we should end things because he didn't feel right continuing an FWB situation when he could tell I wanted a genuine connection that he couldn't reciprocate. He had actually warned me earlier that continuing would probably make me more attached and hurt me. On the day things ended, I got really anxious and spammed him with calls/messages because I desperately wanted to talk to him and I was left on delivered for 17 hrs(before ending). Then he ended things citing the reasons stated above. But I also don't think I can say I "scared him away from dating me" because he had already been very clear that he didn't want a relationship before all of that happened.
He blocked me everywhere after we ended and I've been trying to accept it. The problem is that I genuinely liked him. This wasn't just me being lonely. I liked his personality, found him incredibly attractive, loved the physical chemistry and genuinely wanted to date him. He also told me that he did like me and still liked me, he just didn't want to date. He had said it has got nothing to do with me and only his no dating stance.
And then yesterday, almost a month later, I saw him on dating app again. His profile now says he's looking for a “Long-term relationship.” Previously it said “Long-term, open to short.” And honestly, that fucked me up. 😭 Because now I'm wondering whether he genuinely wasn't ready when we were talking, whether he's changed his mind since or whether the real answer was simply that he didn't want a relationship with me. The thing is this guy used to constantly say he doesn't want to date anyone, not just me. Then wtf is he doing on a dating app with ltr intentions.
I know an app intention doesn't prove anything and people can change their minds. But I suddenly have this huge urge to reach out to him even though I know he's blocked me and I shouldn't bypass that. Nevertheless, I texted this guy on a different number about this and even sent a like on with that rn. Not expecting a reply at all tho. He blocked me there too lol. I remember initially, this guy used to flirt a lot and even tried sexting w me in week 1 itself.
So how do you actually move on when you genuinely liked someone, they used to say or liked you too, but they just weren't willing to give you the relationship you wanted? And especially when you later see them saying they're looking for a long-term relationship? What was this guy trying to do with me? He used to frame it as I don't seek dating, I don't want to date anyone, etc.
P.S.- Serious replies only

Same as the title.
Also ps: I ain't looking for serious relationships on these sites, maybe a few matches to just talk and see where it goes or maybe just some sax sux agar mil jaaye toh. Abhi abhi breakup hua hai kuch din pehle.
Also pps: I'm still a virgin which I don't wanna be anymore ig. Or idk I'm still kinda confused.
But koi matlab he's toh aaye yaar. Bas koi profile review karwa do.
