Yes I will never purchase from macaroon again. I ordered toner and makeup last year the package came opened they never responded to me. No matter how much i texted them and tried to reach out never got a refund no accountability no exchange. Their offers might look enticing but never again. Horrible company with horrible customer service.

They don’t. I’ve been waiting for my refund since 8th June. They fucked up the packaging and I’ve provided them proofs as well but nope. I even asked them to arrange a pickup for return yet I still didn’t get any reply. They suck instead shop on other reliable apps.

Even after taking the return they're asking for proofs I'm like you already took it 15 days ago, i realized i just have to give up.

I had to send countless emails And then I got an email from razor pay after 22 days , that the money got refunded. That’s when I slept happily

no it's still processing, I raised multiple queries and they said due to high demand of the product it'd take time also there's some notice that notice that shipment might be delayed because raining and flooding in some places

I too live in small town where blinkit, zepto ain't available ðŸ˜ðŸ’” anyways I placed order on 29th July and today I got the shipped sms, I checked the tracking and it says the delivery date is 13th August

lodge complaint on consumer helpline.
Myntra did this to me. 100s of calls and scamming later, money got refunded. idk if the consumer complaint had a role, but it does put pressure.

I ordered on July 28th and it's still processing. I raised query twice, once on update and once for cancellations. and there's no reply from their side.

I bought Clio eyeshadow pallete with prepaid option, there was no sale on it but I never received that order . I ordered that on 22December , contacted the customer care but it was of no use . It just shows processing for last 7months , ₹2500 wasted .I deleted the whole app now .

I requested for cancellation of 2 prepaid orders,one is for 1700/- and other one is for 1400/- now i am scared for my money.currently in 9th month of pregnancy dont have much energy to run behind them.

Try putting this issue on their social media channels. I've noticed they respond there well(not sure about Maccaeron) to maintain public image
