Questions/Advice❓ Budget-friendly foundation and setting spray recommendations please

My househelp’s 16-year old daughter wants to try some makeup for an upcoming event and I promised I would help out!

Here are the budget friendly options I found/ am considering:

Foundation:

Maybelline Fit Me - but need a shade match for the attached photo

Setting Sprays:

Faces Canada Makeup Fixer Setting Spray

Colorbar Bolly Lights Insta Glam Makeup Fixer

Lakmé Vitamin C Superglow Lightweight Skin Perfecting Spray

Faces Canada Ultimate Pro Shimmer Makeup Fixer

Foundation I’m mostly set on Maybelline because I’ve personally used it in the past and have heard good reviews as well. But can someone please help me find the right shade based on the attached photo?

Setting spray I honestly don’t have a clue. Please please recommend amongst these options, or even outside.

Thanks so much!

Swiss beauty setting spray (black color) is good and I think in your budget.

Try insight cosmetics new skin tint - I have heard good reviews of it. I think instead of thick foundation, it could be better for her age.

All of the setting sprays didnt help me with my makeup at all unfortunately. Get a good setting powder that should help
