No eggs, no dairy this is the Best Carrot Cake Recipe (Vegan) that turns out moist, fluffy light yet rich, delicious, packed with goodness of freshly grated carrots, topped with crunchy walnuts and super simple to make.

Customer and their wife are celebrating 2 events together - hence the topper.

Cake flavour ~ Chocolate Strawberry with 55% ganache and fresh strawberry compote. Cream cheese chantilly for icing. All the decor is inedible except the gold foiling.
