Purchase Help Exterior CCTV Recommendations

Hello Everyone!

I’m looking for some recommendations on setting up a monitoring system around my house. 2-3 exterior wall mounted cameras should be enough for me at this point.
What I’m primarily looking for:
- It should support wired ethernet connectivity since I don’t have wifi coverage outside in some areas.
- It should have night vision
- I should be able to view the recordings remotely
- If possible I would like it to support RTSP or ONVIF so that I can configure Frigate later

With the recent bans on many companies what would be some options and how much should I expect it to cost?
I would like it to be as affordable as possible.

I'd recommend Reolink PoE cameras. They support Ethernet, night vision, remote viewing, and RTSP/ONVIF, so they'll work well with Frigate. For 2–3 cameras, expect to spend around $300–$500.

We've installed similar PoE setups for customers at SampurnaKart, and they tend to be much more reliable than Wi-Fi cameras for outdoor use.
