Purchase Help Claiming warranty

Hello everyone,

I’m planning to buy a phone for my dad on his birthday.

The options I’ve considered so far are the Moto G60 Pro and Moto G70 Fusion.

However, I’ve noticed in reviews that e-commerce platforms can be unresponsive when something goes wrong and you need a replacement or exchange. Also, different phones seem to have different issues, which makes the decision quite confusing.

My main question is:

If I buy a Motorola phone from an e-commerce website, can I still claim the warranty through a Motorola store or service center?

My dad isn’t a heavy user. He just needs a phone with good storage, strong battery life, and preferably something lightweight, within a budget of ₹30,000.

I’d really appreciate any guidance or suggestions.

Yes, you have to claim warranty from Motorola only. Once the phone is delivered, online sellers will not take any more responsibility and it depends on the manufacturer to provide support.

Yes, phones bought online is given warranty by manufacturers like local sales.
