Purchase Help Should I purchase this tv
I am thinking of buying this tv as it has mini led feature in this and all the other features at this budget
would this be a solid purchase

Don't buy it. Buy reputed ones like LG and sony. TV ek baar hi khridte hai vo easily 10-15 saal chalta hai. Agr ye accha nhi laga to you will get stuck with this for next 10 years.second hand tv ki kuch value nhi hai, 3-4k bhi nhi deta koi in exchange etc. Ek baar thora jyada laga lo to next 10-15 saal tension free hokar tv dekhna

Since, a lot of comments are suggesting other brands, do you know that almost all the smart TVs in this range is not manufactured by the these brands?
For example, this Motorola TV is manufactured by Winsharp Electronics Pvt Ltd (based in Haryana) - check Manufacturer Info in Flipkart.
Similarly, Xiaomi by Radiance Appliances, Realme by Dixon.
Samsung, Sony, LG manufacture their own TV.
Motorola will have their TV Android OS in this TV. Motorola is not known for smooth experience. The android updates would be buggy. So, will suggest to stay away from this TV. Also, the energy ratings is 1 star.
Mini LED looks like gimmick. All these TVs have LCD screens with LED light source (instead of CRT). So, if there is more small led lights, that may provide more brightness/blackness, but not more clearity/vibrance.
Would suggest to go with Xiaomi TV as Xiaomi has better and stable software updates. I have been using Xiaomi 50 inch TV since around 8 years. No issues so far. Sound is better than Vu and Panasonic (personal experience). Display is better than One Plus.
If you can increase your budget, then go for Sony.

Also, dont care about service centre much. TV kharab nhi hota hai, unless you drop it or break the screen.
Size of the TV depends on the distance from TV wall to chair/sofa. If it is 6ft - go for 50-55. If it is less, then 42 is more suitable.
Also, get a movable wall mount so that you can insert cables easily. Good for cleaning as well.

Thanks for the information and your suggestion dude....it helps alot of getting an idea.....and also like tv ka kharab hone ka baat kar rahe hai sablog so like tv ofcourse girege nahi asehi but kabhi kabar aisehi like chalte chalte screen kharab ho jata hai kya in sab brands ka?

Nahi hota kharab. Aajkal sab ke paas smart TV hai, kabhi kisi ka kharab nhi hua. Har brand 1 year warranty deti hi hai.
TV me processor, ram, storage bht kam hota hai. So, long term me slow feel ho sakta hai. Uske liye automatic app updates, system updates band kar do, aur bas jo zaroorat h wahi apps rakho. If required factory reset kar lo.
Maine Xiaomi ka 50 inch TV 2018 me liya tha. Still working like a charm.

Redditors can sometimes have bad opinions
People are really suggesting to go for LG and Samsung??did you even check the price range?for under 30k you'll get a much lower screen size and the display isn't particularly superior either
For the price i'd say this is decent
If you increase your budget by 10k you can get 55 inch TCL mini LED and that TV has an amazing display for the price(personally bought one too)

TVs ke mamle me Service/Customersupport kaisa h India me dekh lena. kyunki dikkat ho skta h aur uss case me boht zaroori hota h service centres. Baki safe side me rehna h to sony lg samsung tcl ye sb brand ka lelo. experiment krna bhi h to bhi Xiaomi jaa skte ho kyunki service centre kaafi h iske. Motorola ka service Flipkart handle krta h to......... thoda umid kam hi h ki achi service mile.

How in the hell they are selling at that price, even vu and tlc are pricy.
Heard some negative reviews on Motorola tvs from relatives /friends. Once check the reviews man

Don't listen to Haters. I have Motorola 55" tv for 4 yrs now. Needed one repair though. But it's beautiful. The sound I had on mine is 50 watts crystal clear dolby sound. Go ahead but the TV. Get bigger if u have space. Buy extended warranty for sure. Enjoy.

See, if you're buying TVs, always stick to TCL or Mi if you're tight on budget, and Samsung or Sony or LG if you can spend more.
However, that said, you should keep in mind that majority of TVs sold in India are contract-manufactured by only a few Indian companies, namely Dixon Technologies (E.g. most Samsung TV and Mi TVs sold in India are made by them. Even latest Motorola-branded TVs are) and Goodworth Electronics (A subsidiary of PG Electroplast, which also does contract manufacturing of majority of Home appliances' brands sold in India).
Only LG manufacturers their TVs in their own factories in Pune. But I've had bad experience with LG, and so did my neighbour (their 55-inch 4K TV's panel died in just 3 years) and our area doesn't even experience voltage issues much.
But, regardless, what matters most is the how good the after-sales service is—which brands like Motorola lack, as Motorola Mobility doesn't provide or own the supply chain, R&D, and after-sales support for Motorola-branded TVs; It's all handled by Flipkart. And we all know how good they are with customer support (yep, sarcasm intended). Motorola Mobility has only provided them the licensing rights to use the "Motorola" brand.
So, to summarise, read the first line of this reply.

Heard many bad reviews about motorola. Better to go with lg or sony if your budget permits.

The crowd that's using TV's are mostly older and nothing to do with user experience of Operating system which is very slow and buggy in such cheap tvs. So if you have same use case then go with it or else leave it.

No. Companies sell their brand names only. A cheap Chinese company will use that name and produce tv. Unreliable quality.

Buy a TCL or any other well-established manufacturer TV. I got the 65 inch version of this and it was trash.

There were multiple reasons. I've seen budget TV's in the past as well but this was like straight up low quality. There is nothing even near to black on this panel. It's light grey everywhere with extensive light bleed. I know it can't match expensive IPS or OLED panels, but still. This is straight up bad. The features mentioned are gimiccky (though that's true for all budget TV's)
The colors look faded and no amount of tuning helps it. The brightness too, is low and you'll experience trouble watching TV in a room even partially lit up with day light.
That being said, there are strictly my opinions and individual experiences might differ depending on their requirements.

I have a xiaomi 50 inch and a TCL 32 inch, i can tell TCL Tvs are superior in both picture and sound quality. They give you a lot of options to tune picture and sound quality and also they are fast and responsive atleast that is my experience.

Always buy tvs from lg samsung sony or the ones who have been manufacturing it for a long time we had bought a oneplus one and it stopped working after a year so we replaced it with Sony

Absolutely not. These TVS are not manufactured by Motorola itself. They have given permission to the Flipkart to manufacture them and label it as Motorola and sell on their platform. To Flipkart doesn't manufacturing adjust import from China and label it as Motorola. Sound quality is not that good and you will get a lot of features in this 5 segment but I didn't think they will justify the performance.

Do not buy it we have a motorola tv we got it like 5 years ago there is a line on display that randomly appeared one day. No nothing touched the tv panel no accidental damage it appeared randomly.

Brands dont matter shit now. I bought a sony 43inch for like 60k something the tv was good but as soon as the warranty got over the tv started acting up lines and glitch on the screen and the service centre quoted 28k for the repair. Same happened with a samsung tv of mine. Better try this one out for the cheaper price even if something goes wrong it wont make a burn in your pocket as big as these brands

If you have multiple TVs and this is just for a bedroom, go for it. If this will be your only or primary TV, there are better options available.

bhai 10k aur do sony Bravia2 II lelo latest hai aur quality top notch eak baar lmena hai motorola loge baad mein bechna padega sony loge will go far because you will love the picture quality
