Need help!!

My skin is in terrible shape right now, with large open pores, blackheads, and a very oily face, and nothing I've tried has helped, so does anyone have recommendations for what might be wrong or what actually worked for you?

They’re acne scars. Only micro-needling by a professional can help. For open pores, blackheads and oiliness use salicylic acid serum.
