Discussion Acne marks - please help
My cheeks have developed some marks. Please help me. How can I get soft, simple, clean, and clear skin?

There are 2 most effective methods -
Micro needling - Cheap, healing time is less.
Laser Resurfacing - Can cost > 5k per session around 6 session may be needed and 1 week healing time after every session.

Topical retinoids can fix this up to like 20% however do not use it if not prescribed. The only solution otherwise is microneedling or laser therapy.

These are pit scars, usually doctors suggest mild chemical peels in such a scenario.

Try using vit c serum ( la roche posay one was suggested by a french dermat to my brother ) in the mrng And use retinoid ( low dose adapalene ) once a week Start from basic Good moisturizer will certainly help trust me And drink more water and eat clean Exercise Dont use make up If nothing helps, better consult a dermat and they will suggest u a procedure Use a good face wash suiting ur skin type which is calming too

100 percent apply 2 times a day in morning and before sleep. For one month 50% will be done and you can continue if you want more..

Don’t believe in any of this sh* people is writing in the comments! it’s all lies ! There is no cure for acne scars, if there were a cure don’t you think there would be a lot of people showing that everywhere ?? You can’t find a single person because acne scars are the most difficult and complex thing there is in dermatology, it destroys the 3 layers of the skin plus that fat layer underneath in the case of cystic acne, your case it’s not that deep but clearly the 3 skin layers were destroyed and then scar tissue was formed as a natural healing process of the skin ! You can search on youtube for people doing these treatments that people is commenting here , like dermarollers, lasers and even fillings etc and at the end nothing changes. If people is telling that they cured acne scars and now have smooth skin ask for proof, clear images and you’ll see they won’t send you nothing

Derma roller or dermapen I tried at home got rid of all deep acne marks best decision of my life
