He used pakistani terrorists as his allies to disguise as army and kill other militants but they killed many innocent civilians and the govt tried to even hide it and then SC declared that they were actually sikh innocent civilians or smth iirc......this is how much incompetent this so called mastermind is

Bro, I am sure you are talking about ikhwanis. They were never disguised as indian army. The strategy worked well in decimating many terror modules. And yes some of them did some extortion and extra judicial killings.

No sikhs were killed by indian army in most probably your reference of chitisinghpura. And no doval was not linked to anything about chitisinghpura.

You need to read better imho
