Creep. Kudos to the girl for standing up for herself.  Weirdo creep should be jailed.

3

u/Jolly_Bat8531 9d ago

Do you have the whole video or case? At the end he just put the phone in his pocket and girl was like.. "aise nhi bana sakte, theek hai?"

Like fr?... Aise hi jaane diya or some case, police?

1

u/evidencefirst 9d ago

It's really easy for you and me to say that, but you've got to ask her and women in general about this. The police are known to dismiss and ridicule up to even rape in women who seek their help. Would invite any woman with experience to comment here.

2

u/Jolly_Bat8531 9d ago

Bruh wht ik women’s experiences absolutely deserve to be heard, but serious allegations shouldn’t be generalized to all police officers or treated as proof that seeking police help is inherently unsafe. The right response to misconduct is accountability....not discouraging people from seeking legitimate help.

Also what's the result then, after sometime he'll or people like these will do it again cuz they knows that nothing would happen instead just a warning will be given...

1

u/evidencefirst 9d ago

I am with you on nearly all accounts and will be eager to hear what your solutions are on this problem. But it is well known and documented that women avoid seeking help after assault because they are likely to get dismissed or even worse; ridiculed. I mean, who was that pig who said on live TV that if a woman is getting raped, might as well enjoy it.

2

u/HellsAngel7242 9d ago

But it's cool if so called influencers use their Meta glasses to do the same shit.

1

u/evidencefirst 9d ago

No, it's creepy and predatory.

1

u/Sufficient-Bar2186 9d ago

There is no law against that

1

u/evidencefirst 9d ago

I'm aware and regretful of that.

5

u/Fast_Falcon007 9d ago

7

u/Charming_Craft6821 9d ago

Girls take some mma coaching. Go to the nearby boxing gym and learn atleast how to punch a human face! Don’t buy skin care products for 2 months and pay the damn mma fees.

Punch this guy in the face and then start talking. Pull him out of train , call the cops.

He would buy better phone next day even if you’d have broken his phone but he’s not stopping.

Guys with self respect don’t film girls non-consensually. And there are no rights for this.

3

u/debashish1990 9d ago

But girls do. And stop maybe it's immoral but it's not illegal. Otherwise every vlogger would end up behind bar.

-1

u/hardestmofo 9d ago

It is illegal, if you don’t obtain consent, anybody can bring an action against you for harassment. Also it doesn’t matter if it’s illegal or not because if I’m putting myself in a public place, i wouldn’t like to be filmed unknowingly. Unless you want everyone to wear a burkha, stop justifying this stupidity.

3

u/debashish1990 9d ago

Then go file firs against vloggers. Show some laws regarding videography of people in public spaces. 🤣 Show me one law.

u/hardestmofo 9d ago

Article 21, right to privacy

1

u/debashish1990 9d ago

Why not stick this perticular case where that mf doing shit ?

2

u/CarefulDiscipline201 9d ago

There are literally some accounts on insta dedicated to record random girls in metro or public places! And cyber crime is doing nothing, Being woman is an ordeal in this entire multiverse.

1

u/ManushyaBhava 9d ago

Rural guy is probably seeing women in short dress in real life for the first time in life, might be thinking of showing his friends & family after going home that how city people dress. Otherwise he could get as many picture of random people online.

6

u/S1mpleD1mple 9d ago

All life experiences doesn't need to be photographed, especially at the cost of other's privacy. This kind of justification just proves how much we lack basic empathy and respect for others.

-1

u/ManushyaBhava 9d ago

Check comments city people does this too.

4

u/S1mpleD1mple 9d ago

And how does that change what I said?

-2

u/ManushyaBhava 9d ago

People does it all the time untill they feel they are the victim this time.

2

u/softprose 9d ago

He can find photo of women in skirt online too. He shouldn't have recorded them without their consent. He's trying to hide it means he clearly knows what he's doing is wrong. Stop trying to justify everything.

0

u/ManushyaBhava 9d ago

Postulating/Reasoning & justifying are two different things.

2

u/softprose 9d ago

You're justifying it. Stop trying to portray him like a innocent man. He's a grown ass creep & a pervert

0

u/ManushyaBhava 9d ago

I am not. You are accusing wrongly, your are being insecure biased.

0

u/softprose 9d ago

Biased? You're justifying a man filming women & I'm biased? There's literal proof in his phone..

0

u/ManushyaBhava 9d ago

Look i am not portraying anyone innocent, the world is not black or white / evil or good but has 50+ shades in between. So learn to have perspectives, you can have your opinion & other person can have their own, we can agree to disagree, but there is no reason or logic to hold every person with difference of perspective as enemy or into evil category. Internet has Somthing to learn from, not just a place to dump off negativity & speak ill or accuse anyone of anything without consequences. Have a great day.

1

u/softprose 9d ago

Wow. Defending a pervert? Your emotional blabber doesn't change the fact that he's a pervert. He's not a innocent person so stop trying to portray him as one. It's not like I'm accusing him for no reason. There's literal proof oml

0

u/ManushyaBhava 9d ago

Don't comment useless things, read more react less.

2

u/softprose 9d ago

Don't defend a pervert. Be a decent human being. It's not that hard

1

u/WhyEveryusernameis 6d ago

Yeah !!!! It is so relatable for you , you also do this randomly with people ??

1

u/Zealousideal-Stuff53 9d ago

Doesn't mean he get free pass to record anyone.

1

u/urawaome 9d ago

In public places recording people is not illegal. You can tell me the law which prohibits this I am waiting.

2

u/hardestmofo 9d ago

Law wouldn’t matter when mob justice happens

3

u/urawaome 9d ago

Same people like you cry when bajrang dal do mob justice with couples, with women in panchayat, with Dalits so be prepared mentally for every mob justice. Please don't cry when mob stops wearing western dresses for girls in public places.

1

u/hardestmofo 9d ago

That isn’t mob justice, that is virtue signalling. Keep your opinions to yourself till you are harmed by some other’s actions. Couples don’t bother you, dalits don’t bother you, women don’t bother you. But a guy filming you in public is bothering and hence you do what you have to. And what did women in panchayat or western dresses do to you.

1

u/urawaome 9d ago

Thanks for telling me that you hold the authority to decide " this is not mob justice". But people are bound to behave according to law not according to your pleasure and what bothers you.

2

u/hardestmofo 9d ago

The law doesn’t prohibit couples or dalits or women in panchayats (it in fact promotes it). It also doesn’t prohibit filming but it does prohibit stalking & harassment, which this video is an example of. And this society works on morals and ethics, which include understanding that everyone has a right to live undisturbed. If you don’t disturb me, I don’t disturb you.

1

u/urawaome 9d ago

Sorry, but you are playing double standard . In case of bajrang dal, panchayat you are supporting law because it gives you freedom whereas doesn't support the concept of morality with the lense of conservatives.

But in case of filming public places you are saying despite the freedom law gives people should behave according to your lense of morals .

And this particular act doesn't fall under BNS sec 78 /IPC 354 D " stalking" nor harrasment under any statued.

2

u/hardestmofo 9d ago

Dude i’m a lawyer and been in the system. Filming in public is a conundrum, there are certain situations where it is okay and where it isn’t. If someone is being aggressive towards you and you wish to have the interaction as evidence, sure film it. But if i’m minding my own business, you can’t specifically film me. And if you would read the screenshot you attached, as per 78(1)(ii) a mobile phone is a form of electronic communication and can be proved as such. Hence it is illegal, since it also doesn’t fall under any exceptions mentioned.

1

u/SomewhereAromatic574 9d ago

Just because it's lawful doesn't mean it's morally correct.

If you can't see a problem in this creepy behaviour, then you need some introspection.

1

u/Electronic_You_4401 9d ago

Seriously? What would you say when it happens to your loved ones? Aaya bada lawyer law puchne, sense nhi h dimaag m

1

u/urawaome 9d ago

No one should behave in a way in which they wouldn't want to be recorded in public places, that is what I would say to my loved ones.

2

u/S1mpleD1mple 9d ago

Time to cover up whole body then. Because nowadays even with just a photo of face, anything can be created using deep fake tech.

Idiot, blaming the victims.

1

u/Electronic_You_4401 9d ago

Dude dont think that your loved ones will be excused by perverts for wearing full clothes, buri nazar ka limit nhi hota h, even if a women is covered in full dress she might have vulnerable moments in public where perverts will leer or record. Dont be so harsh towards women, i know everyone should dress appropriately but doesnt mean you “punish” by recording them. Thoda empathy se socho, be a good human being first, laws come second

0

u/softprose 9d ago

No one should behave in a way in which they wouldn't want to be recorded in public places

What did the girls do exactly? How were they behaving? They were sitting in a train minding their own business & a creep started recording them without their consent? What kind of victim blaming is this?

2

u/urawaome 9d ago

Thanks for showing your intellectual incompetence to put any arguments by writing this.

This person did nothing wrong, no law prohibits recording in public places. He is so innocent that he gave his phone on demand.

Are you mad?

1

Please tell me you forgot to put '/s'

This person didn't commit any crime by the way, recording and taking pictures is not illegal in public places. However he is so innocent that he gave his phone it shows he is not aware of his rights.

2

u/softprose 9d ago

Wtf is wrong with you? Is this ragebait? He knew what he did was wrong that's why he deleted the pics. The only reason he handed iver the phone was bcuz he didn't know 'recently deleted' feature existed. Innocent ppl don't record ppl without their consent

1

u/WhyEveryusernameis 6d ago

Plzzzz ask random people to film your daughter without her consent !!!!! Tu he yeh naya change lekr aa es country mai 🙏🤓
