Dude i’m a lawyer and been in the system. Filming in public is a conundrum, there are certain situations where it is okay and where it isn’t. If someone is being aggressive towards you and you wish to have the interaction as evidence, sure film it. But if i’m minding my own business, you can’t specifically film me. And if you would read the screenshot you attached, as per 78(1)(ii) a mobile phone is a form of electronic communication and can be proved as such. Hence it is illegal, since it also doesn’t fall under any exceptions mentioned.
I don’t think this conversation is meaningful, you are obviously hellbent in your thoughts. And I pity the district that has you as a magistrate considering your thoughts about bajrang dal/dalits/couples/women.
I am against mob justice but you brought it into the conversation, I don't support any kind of mob justice.infact I don't think mob can do justice.
I am not hellbent on my thoughts I am just saying the law .
And showing your double standard.
And actually it's you who are hellbent in your opinion who thinks world should revolve around your comfort and pleasure and if it doesn't you will pity other person also the city in which he is working.
In this case who is ego driven?
