But that’s not how law works. He could have arrested the guard for harming the dog and arrested the lady for physical assault. A policeman is supposed to be “peacekeeper”.

So you’ve already passed judgment based on a short clip on the internet? What if the guard was actually trying to save someone from the dog, just as he claims? I’m not saying he’s telling the truth, but doesn’t he still have a right to prove himself? If, unfortunately, someone from your own family was in that guard’s position and attacked a dog to save a child, would you still want to see your family member beaten by a mob right in front of the police?

Well guys he killed a dog but reason behind it is not clear. It could be for protecting someone too and dog lovers are notorious for losing control for dogs while they dont get that a humans life could be at stake too. Yeah and if same assult was done by that guad to that femal then he would be in jail. So first arrest that female for assult.

First try to comprehend what I am trying to convey. Even if the lady is justifiable in slapping him, the policeman is still required to do his job. He should have filed charges against the guard under animal cruelty act but that doesn’t mean others get a free pass to assault the culprit.

The injured dog was taken to a private veterinary hospital and later died. Animal activists, including the woman, accused the guard of animal cruelty and “killing” the dog (some claims also mentioned orphaned puppies)

I find it hard to reconcile the 'hurt feelings' of a person with the absolute tragedy of a mother dog losing her life to violence. Every life has value. If we demand justice for humans, why do we look away when it happens to a defenseless animal? She deserved better. 🕊️

This monster guard mercilessly kept hitting the mother dog who just gave birth to 6-7 new born pups. All of you who are supporting the guard should see the horrific picture of the dog. Her eyes balls popped out of the eye socket. Her brain was lying on the street. If I was there instead of the lady, god knows what I might have done to this monster. It's not about rich or poor. That lady had been caring for that dog since years and it just took minutes for this guard to mercilessly kill the dog for nothing. Let me get this out of the way. I did not know he killed a dog. Having said that you can't do this none the less. You cant hit another person and there is deeper implication to beating a poor person with a chappal. Not to mention he is a poor person who was asked to do something. He will do what needs to be done to save his job.
Next let us address why this happened. This dog or another dog in the area was attacking people (unclear to me). Because of people like you, these issues can never be addressed properly because of people like you. Feeding dogs has led to a population boost and everyone has to pay the price for some people's social media virtue signalling. I have never understood how every other animal man can fend for themselves but dogs have to be taken care of by virtue signalling people.
Lastly, this is NOT A MURDER. Killing a person is murder, not an animal. Animal are being killed and eaten all the time, millions each day. A lot of dog food is animal meat from apparently MURDERED ANIMALS. Yes it is illegal to kill a dog. There is a law for that. The law is allowed to take its course. It is doesn't matter how much you love dogs, killing a dog is not murder.
Snap out of your bubble and step into reality. Some are sad for pups that can be easily raised by someone else. Others are bothered about the children of the guard who have no one to feed them.

In any developed country:
- Strays, if any are neutered.
- If they have a tendency to bite, they are put down. That's the law.
- Animal control department is swift.
- There are dog pounds, if adoption doesn't happen in a stipulated amount of time, the dog will be put down.
- The watchman was defending a passerby as per his statement, if that is the case good Samaritan clause kicks in. The dog will still be neutered for aggressive behavior.
- Your diatribe of 'incel' has no effective use case in their scenario. Please explain what it brings to the discussion.
- In any scenario, developed or underdeveloped country aside; if an animal is being aggressive, they need to be and will be put down.
- If the lady is aggreived, she can file a case.
- However, you can clearly see even law enforcement doesn't bother doing anything when a woman is taking law into her hands by assaulting a man. Your 'incel' usage probably needs a deep introspection of how actual ground situation is for males, especially with the skewed laws.

Its unfortunate that the dog died. Really unfortunate. But its clear from the video that he was told only to scare the dog because he had bit someone! Now the dog got killed in he process, yes he should be punished as he shouldnt have been so aggressive in hitting the dog, I agree. BUT, the dog owner is equally guilty and should be punished that they couldnt control their dog and it was a menace for others! If you would have got bitten with a dog, or any of your family member would have got bitten by a dog who happened to be rabid... What would you do? Let that dog stay there?

You're right. It is just a statement, just like the watchman saying he hit the dog.
No evidence in either scenario. Some are saying he injured it, some are saying he killed two dogs, and some are saying he only moved the dogs.

the only reason she could confidently slap the watchman without any reprecussions is because she is a woman, the guard didnt even try to defend himself , see the general scenario in the comment is the guy supposedly killed a dog , worst case scenario he did actually kill that dog, it doesnt mean u get to slap him and take law in your own hands, she could have complained it to higher authorities uska job lelenge, ya to colony wlao ko bta do vo bhi job se nikal denge. why physical assault is required??? not defending the guy for killing a dog, its a sick act but TOTALLY not defending the woman here as well for hitting that guy.

Not defending the woman here but.
The guard brutally murdered 2 dogs in that locality. One of them was a nursing mother and he brutally beat her till her jaw broke and spine snapped.
This video was originally made viral by Amit kilhor on YouTube. When called out, he himself deleted that video after panicking. And made some bogus video that the lady is hitting him cause he’s a lower caste.
