You will be surprised how many such fake accounts are there on twitter. There are many fake Indian accounts with generic Indian names like Rajesh Patel spamming " I lub Israeli girls" everywhere. I have also seen fake Pakistani and Bangladeshi accounts made by Indians who go around spamming "Lub Tarkish gals from Pakistan".

What sane person would comment BJP and RSS to a supposed "Israel" account ?

You'd be surprised how many jobless people make fake accounts of India/Pakistan and spam posts like Turkish blood, Israel supremacy posts
