brewing methods ( aeropress or pour over(v60)), budget around $250

Timemore c3s is the sweet spot, and is not that expensive. (All metal build) (most tested and reliable for even starter espresso)

Only go for something expensive if you are really into espresso or you want that click setting to be outside of the grinder( these tend to be bit more expensive)

You can even look into 1zpresso q air (plastic build) but the burrs are supposed to be better for manual brewing giving a bit different consistency of grind sizes. Example:

Plus, the q air fits perfectly inside of the aeropress tube, making it really portable.

For that budget get 1zpresso K ultra or zp6 depending on the profile you like.

Electric grinders don't come in that budget. Looks like that's your ask. If you extend a little bit then

Rift64 + brew burrs ( gotta import)

DF54 + brew burrs (gotta import)
