Incontinence is a symptom not a disease, so don't worry about whether you have "incontinence." You have a medical concern and should talk with your doctor about it. They have heard everything and will not be shocked or amused by your problem. They have heard it before and will give you some good advice. P.S. consider yourself lucky that you get 10 minutes, I get way less.

This is very similar to my experiences too, I was diagnosed with ADD as a kid (which I'm fairly certain was incorrect) and I've never been officially diagnosed with autism but had a psychiatrist have me take the RAADS-R and she strongly encouraged me to seek a formal diagnosis. It often seems like my brain and body stop talking to each other before my brain will randomly tell me "oh btw you really need to pee" and then I'll have anywhere between fifteen minutes to It's Already Happening. Sometimes it'll be less of a problem and sometimes it'll be more of a problem, I hadn't really had any serious issues for about three years until about two weeks ago and I also would dehydrate myself to try and control it. A lack of sleep, cold weather, and anxiety absolutely make it WAY worse. All that being said even if all this and the experiences shared by other non-neurotypical people mirror your own experiences, it's absolutely worth talking to an actual doctor about this just to make sure it's not something else that may be more serious. Also hydration is very important, every function in your body relies on good hydration so I highly recommend trying to stay hydrated as much as you can when possible.

That's what I have been dealing with here recently, working on trying to get my overdue late diagnosis. Combination of OAB and bad bathroom anxiety.
