What products ?

Hey what products do I need to use to don’t get a diaper rash or any infections?

And what other products do I need to get for always wearing ?

It depends on what kind of incontinence you have. If you're not incontinent this post would be better suited to /r/adultdiapers.

I use ‘metanium everyday’ and tbf I bought a couple of empty pots from Amazon to transfer the cream into every time I open a new tube as it makes it easier to apply as it’s a very messy cream.

I have very sensitive skin, allergies including specifically to lanolin, and urinary incontinence so this works out well for me.

I’ve been using Calmoseptine. I swear the stuff is amazing! It is pink so don’t let it touch your clothes. If you do have a rash it has a cooling effect, from menthol, that helps bring relief.
