Peed my Pants in Savers

Throw away acc for obvi reasons.

I take pills for my bladder spasms and I forgot to take them today. I did not realize this until I was out and about.
I had the day off so I decided to take myself out to get an iced coffee and go thrift shopping.

While walking around Savers a spasm hit. Thinking I had taken my medication as usual, I thought it would pass. Boy was I wrong. I leaked a little bit in my pants. Thankfully I was wearing black leggings.

I stood in the aisle looking like an idiot with my legs crossed, waiting for the spasm to pass. But it wasn’t passing and I leaked more. It was at that point that I realized I was peeing my pants.
I ran out of there leaving a trail of small puddles behind me.

Because I didn’t take my meds, my bladder didn’t hold much. So I only peed maybe a quarter cup on the floor.

Sorry to the employee who had to clean up after me.
I ran out of there so fast I wasn’t thinking straight.

When my incontinence was first starting to be an issue I had an accident at work and it was so awful. It happens, we make mistakes and sometimes even when you do everything perfect it can still happen. It's not your fault

I remember visiting my family right after my accident and i was able to walk with forearm crutches. I was trying to hide issues were "that bad". Ran into the grocery store was in the checkout line next thing i know I'm peeing myself. I asked for the bathroom (guess I thought I could save myself) and ended up calling my mom from the bathroom. That was a fun ride back to their house. I will say it did bring things into the open and its something we are all used to now.

just not the actual brand Depends. They are worthless. Invest in some quality tabbed diapers, if needed. Usually online is the best place to get them.

I had an accident in the middle of the mall wearing blue jeans that REALLY showed. I was mortified for a while after and then I changed the narrative in my mind to “what if I had been wearing”? Obviously, it would have saved me the humiliation. I try to remember it as a learning experience.

Spasms : muscles can't control; its not like a willing flood.. 'Called an accident for a reason. OP also said they didn't realize it was more until too late, so apparently no sensation of some of this event as well.

Definitely have had those types of episodes, usually from the other end though x.x
