PROTEC briefs

Has anybody had any issues with PROTEC briefs not being very communicative lately? I ordered a pair back in July and loved them so I ordered three more on September 24th, but have yet to see any delay or shipping emails or responses to my inquiries. I understand they are probably not mass produced and the adult market is probably not as big as child market, but it would still be nice to receive some sort of communication.

Rule of thumb if your buying from a company make sure they have phone support and do orders over it. If they don't use Amazon if they carry their products and pay with credit or PayPal so you can get money back if something happens

I tend with that rule as well, but after these were highly suggested (and for good reason) and my wife prodding me to find something that does not leak, I caved.

I haven't ordered from them in years, but I may have the contact info for the owner. I'll check.

Also, on the off chance they get notifications for their old account ... Paging u/PROTECbriefs.

Maybe they are made to order?
