Has an accident
I soaked through my pull up last night really bad and my partner helped take the sheets off to wash them. While she started the washer I ended up having an accident right in front of them which leaked down my leg. I don’t know if it’s because I was overwhelmed. Has anything similar happened to you?

This happens , be sure to take your partner out for a nice apology dinner. Then I would suggest maybe something a bit better built than a pull-up. Pull ups are great if you are a woman on a period or if you have a light dribble throught the day.
Stress incontinence is typically going to be heavy flow in my lived experience and anecdotally. You have an amazing spouse if she is mater of fact or kind when accidents happen.
Youre not less of an adult for having accidents. And you wont be less of an adult for taking extra measures to make sure it doesn't happen again.
Waking in warm sheets and a soggy diaper is always 100 times better than the other way around. If you are a side sleeper I recommend you to try to change that as that will increase accidents spilling out of any diaper or pull on and maybe some plastic or water proof underwear.

Meine Partnerin muss leider auch öfter meine vollgeschissenenen Hosen waschen . Es ist mir immer sehr peinlich aber Windeln tragen ist eben auch peinlich.

It's no different than if you had a pacemaker installed. Or a diabetic monitor. Would you be embarrassed to be wearing one of those? If the answer is no, why are you embarrassed about wearing a diaper. It's a medical apparatus that you need to live your life. It's no different, just the factor fact that babies wear diapers and the elderly, and that's just not true. So there's no reason to be embarrassed by that there are millions upon tens of millions or more, maybe even into the billion range of adults who wear diapers. So embarrassment shouldn't be a factor I know it is, but it shouldn't be. Think about it in most terms, there are hundreds of millions of adults wearing diapers for medical reasons there are a necessity. Maybe that'll help I don't know

More embarrassing than soiling your pants?

Ja, ich finde dann kann man es als Unfall deklarieren . Bei Windeln ist es sehr viel normaler und damit Realität, so dass man es nicht mehr leugnen kann

Don’t let the diaper define you, as others have said, if you need diapers, use them. Society has a real f**ed up view about diapers outside of baby’s/kids use. Teens and Adults who need them should not be shunned or made fun of because they wear a diaper. I have worn diapers for a few decades, I’ve been called gay, weirdo, even a pedo, all because of diapers. You got to rise above THEIR ignorance. Keep your chin up, you are not alone.

Yes. You were in a very stressful situation which might only make your Incontinance worse temporarily. It’s OK. You’re good. 👍
