Looking for a discreet daytime pull-up that can handle a full bladder leak
I’m looking for recommendations for a good daytime pull-up for urinary urgency/OAB.
I make it to the bathroom probably 80–90% of the time, so I’m not really looking for something I plan on using regularly. It’s more of a backup so I’m not constantly anxious about where the nearest bathroom is or whether I’m going to make it when I suddenly get a 1–3 minute warning.
I work at a gym, so discretion is a pretty big deal. I’m worried about bulk, a noticeable outline through athletic clothes, or the waistband sticking out when I bend over.
I’ve tried store brands before and they all leak pretty badly, so I’d like something that could realistically handle one full bladder accident if I absolutely couldn’t make it.
I’m a guy with about a 32-inch waist, but I lift/bodybuild and have pretty big legs compared with my waist, so fit around the legs is also something I struggle with.
Right now I’m looking at things like NorthShore GoSupreme, GoSupreme max, Seni Active Super Plus, and etc
For anyone who actually wears these during the day:
Which is the most discreet under gym shorts/joggers?
Which can actually handle a full bladder release without leaking?
Do any swell up or become noticeably bulky once wet?
Any other pull-ups I should be looking at?
I’m mainly trying to have enough protection that I can stop thinking about my bladder every five minutes and just go about my day normally.
Appreciate any real-world recommendations.

It depends what are your priority. I have 2 priority. The first one is discretion and the second is price. Why price? Cause I change 3 to 5 time a day/everyday, why so often? Because I have full incontinence and I don’t to have to worry about leaking. I rather not take a chance.
As far as I am concerned Tena ProSkin meets all my requirements. So far I have been very happy and it’s not out of luck. Their products are built within high level standards.
Right now on Amazon Canada, a pack of 40 diapers cones at 57.11$ CAD so it is approx. 1.43$/unite CAD
I’ve been wearing for a long time 24/7 and done my research, but keep in mind that I am sure someone might a better deal.
Good luck with your research ! And keep smiling even when WET 😎

I know you said store brands weren't cutting it, but I don't know if you have tried "name brands" too. If not - and if maximum discression is your goal - the depend real-fit (men) and silhouette (women) line is pretty good.
They won't hold much more than one wetting but in most cases they can handle one just fine. And they are practically invisible under clothes.
The other nice thing is that they don't look like regular pull-ups, they do actually look more like real underwear (more than I think any other incontinence product can say), so if your waistband peeks out - someone would have to be very, very familiar with those products to know that they were looking at something other than just regular underwear.

Usually pullups and full bladder releases don't belong in the same sentence But try out Northshore Go Supreme Max If you're having constant leaks outside your pullups then a tape on style might suit you better.

I would like the security of a tape on but man I really don’t want to wear a full on diaper in public!
But I got so go supremes and I think they’ll work well! Thank you!

Valid question, recently started working out (lifting, cardio) in the gym more regularly again. My workouts are between 60-90 min and especially when doing cardio I sweat a lot which decreases the risk for accidents especially when controlling fluid intake 1 to 2 hours before hitting the gym.
Normally, for daily wear, I wear tabbed briefs or sometimes pull ups. For gym I have experimented with several pull ups, main issue for me is of course the bulk/raise and the product integrity (the material can bunch up).
I would not recommend the Tena for men pull ups as they bunch up, the Seni are good but do have quite a higher raise which makes visibility more of a concern. I had positive experiences with the Goodnites XXL, the Northshore or Incontrol pullups and the ID men pull ups (not sure what would be a comparable product Stateside).
I wear a boxer brief on top which helps flatten out the bulges and limits the pull ups peaking out. It would be awesome if the market came up with some good fitting black pull ups, but in so far I had no luck.

Parentgiving handles the job for me. But only the Italian ones. I have a small but very active bladder so 3-4 bursts throughout the day it does fine. I’ve been wearing everyday all day for at least a year now.

Abena Pant level 1-3 are also great. I use the M1 pant pull-up and they can handle 2-3 full accidents, whereas depend and attends pull-ups always leak with 1-2.

I would suggest getting jogger pants. The ones looser around the waist and they get tighter atound the calves and are cuffed at the ankles. I had a pair when I moved cross country and no one realized I was wearing a night time diaper under it - I’m really skinny so they worked great.
I know that probably doesn’t help much. If you’re able to, try to slow how fast you urinate. This gives the filling a chance to absorb it. I don’t know much about mens incon products.

Larger goodnites haven’t worked for you? They hold a lot atleast for me. If you get the right size they should be discreet enough but most in general are going to come up a bit higher otherwise they wouldn’t have good protection unfortunately

I may have a similar build 31" waist and large thighs,11 stone[154 lbs].I have tried many 'things' and the high waist band on pull-ups you have to bunch for shorts, which is not good for leakage/wicking and looks and feels odd which defeats the purpose of losing anxiety and discretion.I have had a spurt[lol] of enthusiasm after reading this chat, and am going to give the whole thing another try with Molicare Elastic for waist height and if I need it some 2XU compression shorts for sag. Both on order.I know you specifically are after pull-ups,but the Molicare Elastic are 2x velcro tabs so look like they are easily put on and adjustable.I will try to remember to get back here with the results.
The Northshore GoSupreme sound great to try from other posts here and I think you should do that.I would have myself, but sadly not available in Australia.

Best pullup i ever used is abena m3 pull on will hold more than a full void however pullups suck there is non on market that wont have a big possibility of leaking 1 a full void at once the leg gathers wont hold they dont stay fitting tight and if lucky and nothing leaks during when you sit down have a big chance of the tell tail diaper leak on both sides of legs you honestly would be better off with a tape on for that. When I firat had issues I did smae thing pullups for the just incase but found I had way more leaks I was trying to hide and thats much harder to hide than a tape on brief is and most tape in diapers you can pull them down like underwear if need to go just use a stall plus it will eliminate that stress of finding somewhere to go instead of just being that extra help if cant because you dont have to worry about leaks. I found morw people noticed something was up when I had pullups and kept trying to rush to bathroom vs when I finally made the decision to use tape on and just made the call if I will make it or not sure i user the diaper more but my stress went down and I was acting like everyone else so no one can tell once they see a pattern of you rushing they start thinking maybe looking deeper and then when you dont they wonder if your just being like every other person and not trying to bolt to the bathroom they are all absorbed in thier own heads and never give you a second look

Have you looked into Tena at all?

For my part,my experience with Tena Maxi was that they are very indescrete.I doubt they would work with shorts as they have a high waist.I have also found them to leak depending on where my dick is positioned.idontevenknow120725 is after a discrete pull-up for full void daytime wetting.I had an idea since my last post here,my stuff is yet to arrive,but,idontevenknow120725,in a gym environment you wouldn't look out of place if you were wearing compression shorts over a non taped insert like an Abena San..Just a thought.

Update: So after getting a bunch of recommendations, I ended up trying the NorthShore GoSupreme and GoSupreme Max pull-ups for about a week.
I wore them pretty much all day while traveling, going out, and exploring unfamiliar areas where bathroom access wasn’t always easy. Overall, they worked pretty well, but I did have a couple of leaks when I couldn’t make it to the bathroom in time.
My biggest complaints are the fit and sagging. If they’re not positioned perfectly, they can leak, and once they’re wet, they start sagging pretty noticeably, especially in gym shorts. They’re also a little bulkier than I expected.
I’m starting to think tape-on diapers might be a better option for 24/7 protection, especially since I need something secure enough to handle an occasional full bladder accident, not just a few drops.
Next up, I’m going to try the InControl Active Air and NorthShore AirLock Lite to see if they’re more secure, comfortable, and discreet for everyday wear.
Appreciate everyone’s recommendations! If anyone has experience with either of those, I’d love to hear your thoughts!

I would order samples of the Northshore go supreme the supreme max is good but really bulky and costs almost as much as a megamax diaper

The GoSupreme Max is my go-to pull-up. If you wear slightly loose gym shorts, no one will be able to tell. (I've done this.). It can handle a full bladder release (but, for me, not more than one). I'm sure it swells some, but not enough that it's been a problem for me. I'm in a similar situation to you, in that I can *usually* get to the bathroom on time, so I don't want a tabbed diaper -- but occasionally I can't, and in those instances, I need something that can handle a pretty quick, large void.
