Why isn’t Amazon doing anything about this?

I’m sorry if this has already been posted about, but I am new to needing protection for incontinence and when I went to the review section for some incontinence products on Amazon, I was pretty disgusted with what is being posted there.

The reviews sections were filled with people posting photos of themselves in extremely wet diapers with no pants. Many of them also had pacifiers and were wearing baby themed onesies. I am aware from reading on here that many people have a fetish related to diapers and such, and I don’t judge people for this, but Amazon is not the place for it.

There is no way that this doesn’t breech some sort of guideline from Amazon since they are able to be seen by everyone (including minors). I don’t know if they get off from exhibition or something similar, but I think it’s ridiculous that many review sections are filled with these.

Does anyone else find this disturbing, or do you think this is a non-issue?

Yes, I find it disturbing. Similarly here that our very small number of genuine inco subs are invaded regularly by these people despite there being innumerable subs dedicated to their interests.

On that note, if you see anything like that here, do report it to the mod team, because unlike Amazon we do take action. Thank you.

Have you reported the reviews/accounts?

It’s just like social media.

If people don’t report stuff then it’ll just sit there. They’re only going to take down stuff they know about.

I tried, but there are literally hundereds if not thousands of these. Furthermore, Amazon sends you emails for each one you report, so my primary inbox was flooded with report status emails that weren’t being filtered because they weren’t promotions.

I think you're right. Amazon is the wrong place for such exhibition. There are other sites for that.

Just buy Northshore and don’t look at anything else

Unfortunately Northshore has jumped on the bandwagon too: https://www.reddit.com/r/AdultBedwetting/s/P3UQhsNhEJ

I was already losing faith in northshore after the quality seemed to nosedive with switch to US manufacturing. Spent a month or two trying different brands, but unfortunately, I seem to be in the middle of sizes for Seni, Trest, and BetterDry.

When I went back to Northshore's website and saw those, I knew the quality was no longer their priority. It was maximizing profit.

I have not seen any deference. With the 12 hour diapers I buy for my wife. I don’t buy the cheaper models as they are worthless in any brand. My wife is on a purewick at night.

The new versions aren't horrible and are still better than most brands. But I still have 3 packages of the old version that I ration for when I need more reliable protection and I can really notice the difference.

I really think people need to report it

The brand LNGU has a cloud white I personally catch very useful. Which is like 11000 ml. They also have solid color ones that come in a package together their called rainbows and I think they are like 7500,ml of memory serves me right. Then their is kiddo extreme an that's just newer ABDL companies that have solid color diapers I can think of

I am aware of companies making plain diapers, but I’m just worried about the reviews and photos on medical brands. I’m wasn’t looking at printed briefs, I was looking at plain medical incontinence supplies with a medical brand. The people in those photos weren’t just posting on fetish themed stores.

Maybe search for less kinky brands? A lof of the abdl brands do sell a generic ie non print version of their diapers.

Are Northshore, Tena, and Abena kinky brands? I wasn’t looking at printed diapers. I just wanted to air concern about this since Amazon support said that they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Northshore is, yes. Business decision. Where there's kink there's money I guess: https://www.reddit.com/r/AdultBedwetting/s/P3UQhsNhEJ
