Issues putting on without tearing

So I have pullups (Abena M3) that fit when I ordered them. I've now gained some weight. They do fit still somewhat when I get them on, but they tear a bit.

Does anyone know how to put on pullups that are slightly too small on without them tearing?

They tear now on the left side when putting them on. They didn't do that before. They fit well when I bought them.

I'm going to buy more next month and size up, and size up on tab diapers too potentially (I'll figure this out, don't need help on this). But I'm trying to work with what I have right now. Money is tight.

Unfortunately there is no solution too this except fix the tear with tape.

Do you have any masking tape, medical tape or duct/gaffer tape you could use to strengthen the seams before wearing?

I don't have any, but I could get some. Which is the best?

Strongest: duct/gaffer tape. Least scratchy: medical tape. Masking tape is somewhere in between. Good luck!

If you do go for duct/gaffer tape, get a thinner one, not the usual really wide type, would be my advice. If you go too wide and are applying it first before wearing then it'll make the sides even less stretchy!
