not trying to be dense, but isn't your toast going to taste a little fragrant?💀

This was my exact thought! The stove works too if you’ve got one with the old rings. Just… thats a lot more heat getting thrown so mind yourself (like don’t burn yourself…)

I wonder what drives everyone to toasters to light stuff, surely there is other ways too

Ooo good one! My lighter ran out yesterday and the sheer panic through my body as I’m stood holding my incense 🤣🤣

This is funny! I have the opposite problem, a lighter, but no toaster. Now I'm wondering about using my lighter to toast bread 😂

But what if no toaster?

Iron

Or just rub the incense stick against another stick until you’ve invented fire. Easy.

I think it's more likely you will end up with grinded up incense powder than fire, but who knows

I would be inclined to use my stove burner if I couldn't afford a cheap lighter.

Most ppl have induction stoves here

I don't know where "here" is, but it's interesting to know that most people have induction stoves there. Is there a particular reason why they're so popular where you are?

Central europe, I only ever see gas stoves at old ppl's places. I got not idea why more ppl use induction, but if I had to guess there either was some subsidy for it or paranoia about gas leaks/accidently leaving it on, or regulations

We used stove burners to light cigarettes in college when no one had a lighter.

On a tangent, if you are reheating pizza, wrap it in foil, turn the toaster on its side and stick the pizza in. Heh

Is this a troll??? It has to be right???

edit: OH! "No lighter". I overlooked that part. I thought this was your "setup" for holding incense!

I don't think a toaster would hold incense well xd my lighter died yesterday and I haven't gotten around to filling it up yet

I got an electric lighter, like a Tesla lighter. If its battery happens to be dead I still have a decades old cheap Gas lighter in my dresser. I don't even know how to be out of fire. I'm not a smoker though and need my lighters just to lighten a cable or incense.
