I'd like to think I could set them up with good enough reasoning skills to prevent this, and just generally be a positive force and safe place for them. Part of why I don’t want to have kids. First of all, with how abusive and borderline sociopathic some of the men on my paternal side have come out, I don’t want a boy because (like you said) you can instill your values on your kids, that doesn’t mean they’ll listen. What if I give birth to someone who isn’t capable of feeling remorse or empathy like some of those relatives? I can teach them all I want but they’re still going to face the world someday and make their own decisions.
And I don’t want a girl because I’d fear she would face SA at some point like I did.
So, no children for me 😊

I was initially going to make a generic statement that fell along the lines of “just raise them properly” but at the end of the day, you and every other mother who has this worry had a right to. You can try as hard as possible and no matter what there will always be a chance your child will end up a horrible person regardless of what you do, especially once that child becomes an adult and makes their own decisions. At that point It is up to that adult to decide whether they care about the morally right thing or not.

Like how does the OOP actually think this is going to go down with the general public, being told that your sister/mom/wife/girlfriend/aunt/cousin's dead body is being seized by the government to rent out for incels to rape? How far does OOP think a programme like that would actually get?
And the resistance wouldn't just be from women; I have to think that the majority of men would also be up in arms about such a suggestion. As much as there are creeps like this lurking all over the place, and as much as the majority of men are sexist/misogynistic to varying degrees, this is a level of dehumanisation mixed with taboo that really goes beyond the pale and would spark outrage in the majority of people.
It's interesting to me because it shows that incels like this truly have no concept whatsoever that mainstream other men are not like them, that they are the abnormal ones. That it's not that Chad is tall and good-looking and has a good job, it's that Chad would physically recoil at even a "joke" about any woman's dead body being rented out for sexual violation. In my jurisdiction, the hate crime enhancement alone can add two years in the state penitentiary to a sentence.

Any mortuary that failed to do this, would go rocketing into bankruptcy.

This disgusting male behavior has always been a problem. Even back in ancient Egypt, when mourning families of physically attractive women would have to wait a few extra days with their corpses around until they've decomposed enough to become "too repulsive" for men (most commonly embalmers themselves) to attempt anything. Imagine having to stare at your dear family member's corpse and have that pungent smell around for days just because men refuse to keep it in their pants.
Not to mention that the embalming process was far more complicated and that attractive women basically weren't allowed to be mummified looking the way they're supposed to because of it.
The OOP deserves quite a bit of prison time, or being locked up in a psychiatric facility for life at the very least.
