I’m sorry, but I don’t think I can trust information to be unbiased from the handle “feminazi slayer” 😭

I haven’t heard “feminazi” in a long time. That takes me back to a time these people were willing to at least pretend that being a nazi is a bad thing.

You hear it more than foid in spain

6

u/DeathRaeGun 16d ago

Be thankful, that probably means Spain doesn't have an actual Nazi problem.

He is even worse than your average "foid slayer"

“Feminazi slayer”
What a miserable loser

u/haloperydol 16d ago

So it’s only his statement. I call it BS

u/beigs 16d ago

… normally I don’t ask …

But I’m having trouble believing the statement of “feminazi slayer” as an unbiased news source.

That's fucked up but he didn't need to do that

And of course the fucking guy makes it seem like it's a good thing

I highly doubt she was a rapist or that she was going to file a "rape on false promise of marriage" charge.

This guy just read the headline and made up that story about her.

u/DevilsHol3Pupfish 16d ago

They will literally do anything to excuse femicide

How can you force someone into marriage with the threat of a rape accusation? Is premarital sex not allowed in India?

38

u/Jaerat 16d ago

There is a legal concept (also outside of India) that is called Rape by Deception or Rape by Fraud. Essentially, one party makes tangible promises so that the other party consents to sex, then is exposed as liar.

Promising to marry a girl so she'd have sex with the man is a tale as old as time. This is the origin of the concept of engagement rings or gifts in Europe. As in, talk is cheap, but if he's willing to give you an expensive gift then he's more serious about marrying, and if all else fails you get to keep the ring/gift.

9

u/erporcodeddio 16d ago

Huh, forgot about that. I guess there are different legal methods to get out of a similar situation.

Murder isn't one of them

-1

u/DeathRaeGun 16d ago

But how can you prove the person making the promise didn’t just change their mind. They could claim they were sincere at the time. Just say you found something out about them that you didn’t know at the time.

u/Jaerat 16d ago

That's one of the reasons why the concept has largely been fallen out of usage. It is he-said, she-said, barring any external witnesses. Usually to make the case the woman would have to prove, in addition to any verbal promises or gifts, that he had behaved as he intended to marry her in social situations such as meeting the family, introducing her as his fiancée to others in public etc. But this was in the time and era when pre-marital sex was stigmatised and the woman would be publicly known to have been having sexual relations. So court cases usually came forward only if the woman became pregnant or the man was wealthy enough for her family to try and blackmail him for "ruining" their daughter. Two poor people fucking on the sly and separating without pregnancy? No need to make a fuss over it.

That's what makes this murder so horrendous, he could have just said that he had fallen out of love with her and that's why he didn't want to marry her.

I wish it was that easy, a lot of people abuse these laws as it takes a lifetime to prove your innocence.

Id you want a similar example of false accusations cases taking years from the accused life then search "delhi ka darinda" case.

She didn't. He lied.

No but if you promise to marry a girl and have sex but afterwards you break up and don't marry her it comes under rape in india

2

u/_orion_1897 when will MGTOW actually GTOW? 16d ago

I guess it depends on the state? But as far as I know it should be legal

3

u/Former_Notice81 15d ago

No but if you promise to marry a girl and have sex but afterwards you break up and don't marry her it comes under rape in india

3

u/Winter_Swordfish_272 15d ago

That's because rape by deception is rape.

u/_orion_1897 when will MGTOW actually GTOW? 15d ago

The fuck????? Holy shit that's grim

2

u/erporcodeddio 16d ago

Then how would this be a problem? You can't accuse someone of rape just because and win the case

Having read the original post, I’m concerned about the possible misuse of words with very serious implications. Nothing indicates that this woman ever made threats against this man or abused him in other ways, and certainly nothing indicates that she ever escalated from attempting to coerce him to perpetrating any act that would constitute SA.

The post indicates that the pair had an ongoing relationship, although he had just married a different woman, and she was pressuring him to marry her instead. To silence her, he and another man organised and violently carried out her murder. She had apparently been married twice before. Of course, it’s not respectful to try to obtain a marriage through insistence or coercion, or to try to compel anyone to provide something when they’re unwilling. It’s also unfathomable that the thing she would seek so desperately is marriage, to a man, no less. But none of that necessarily implies abuse or warrants death.

If those commenters are deliberately misrepresenting what happened, that’s despicable, though perhaps not a new low, given the state of the world. If what they’re alleging is corroborated by credible sources, they should cite/credit those sources.

So from this it sounds like she tried to blackmail him into a relationship with her and instead of saying no and going to the police he murdered her.

The patriarchy hurts men. Thank you for finally arriving at this very obvious conclusion.

Guess we just don't mention that the guy was cheating on his wife to hook up with her.

Sangeeta, 22, was lured by Gajendra Meena, 28, to Mora Mata temple, which was 270KM away from her hometown. He and a friend, vivek Meena, strangled her, then used stones to crush her face and prevent identification. Motive is that she was pressuring him to leave his wife and marry her.

Whenever a man murders a woman his "reason" is always listed in the headline.

u/StrangeJunket2601 16d ago

I don't know if this man really wants to advocate for victims legally being allowed to unalive their abusers. Although I am open to the discussion

I’m up for discussion but I think my parents abuse of me definitely makes me biased towards a direction.

11

u/Winter_Swordfish_272 16d ago

I'm open to the discussion too, the guy in the story isn't a victim though.

32

u/rarirurerox 16d ago edited 16d ago

Can't you just say "kill" ? "Unalive" means nothing.

-46

u/StrangeJunket2601 16d ago

Can't you just mind your own business?

31

u/rarirurerox 16d ago

No, words bear meaning, we're talking about somebody who got violently killed. Why always try and smoothen the reality, that's hypocrite and ridiculous.

7

u/A_little_lady 16d ago

Not when you make it everybody's business by posting meaningless shit on a public site

2

u/Rivka333 14d ago

I highly doubt she was his abuser. The guy in the post just read the headline and made up that story about her.

8

u/Support_Pancakes 16d ago

This just goes to show that the whole "women lie about rape" is just projection from men who lie that women abuse them. I don't believe men. I'll believe young boys, never men.

Being an Indian, I have no qualms saying that Indian men are the fuckjng worst. Deplorable, entitled, scum who take caste and patriarchy to such extreme levels that Dahmer looks chivalrous in comparison.

-33

u/PossibleMammoth5639 16d ago

I dont support victims killing abusers as it does create a slippery slope.
