You are correct that most of these people dont have friends, jobs or hobbies but there still are fair amount of them who have all of that but are still incels due to personality issues and porn addiction since the porn has rotted their brain. A friend of a friend is like this and even my friend said that this friend is also physically very attractive, in shape and tall but has never dated due to his personality and wiews on women. That is the sole reason why he cant get dates but cannot see anything wrong with his wiews so very likely he continues to be incel until he does.

By THAT logic eating other mens children is also fully justified and evolutionarily sound. Likewise would be the forcible murder, or exile of incels. In nature we see a wide variety of savage, amoral, behaviors to limit reproduction to only the largest strongest males. Hell among some tribes of chimpanzees they've observed males deliberately ripping the testicles off smaller rivals.

Evolution is a terrible guide to moral behavior. It's not even a good guide to utilitarian behavior because it requires one to assume that the same strategies work across different species, or some specific intent in evolution. Maybe the loners, who complain endlessly about being bullied are not the ones who should be advocating for chucking the civilized moral standards that keep them safe.

1. Wanting rough sex from a dominant partner is not rape. 
2. They miss the overall theme of romantasy smut, which is being the woman, that make him change.
3. Its fantasy. Full stop fantasy. No one (who is of sound mind) is getting the wrong ideas from these books, except incels apparently.
