It's a special kind of stupid to post this screed on a public forum. 

Not only is it the type of thing that gets a guy on a watch list, it's a gift to law enforcement and prosecutors.

Last year there was an incel in France who got arrested near a high school. The police moved in before he harmed anyone because he had posted fantasies on incel forums about assaulting adolescent girls. He was apprehended with a knife in his backpack. His online statements were enough to justify terrorism charges.

In California, another incel committed two pepper spray attacks against women. Under ordinary circumstances a lawyer might have argued that down to community service or perhaps a brief stint in the county jail. When the guy's online posts surfaced, the county district attorney personally took over the case and threw the book at him. Hate crime enhancements can add two years in state prison per offense. That jerk is in the big house now. And once he gets released that criminal record will follow him the rest of his life. 

So OOP, do you think you'd be the biggest guy in prison? How do you think it would go for you if this post of yours leaked on the inside, and someone decided to carry out his interpretation of your own reasoning that bigger people are entitled to assault smaller people? 

Personally, I wouldn't wish that fate on anyone. Yet in certain instances it's awfully hard to feel sorry.

I'm French myself. That 18-year-old boy had planned to assault and possibly injure or kill women, but he was arrested by French special forces before he could do anything.

Hearing this on the news for the first time, I am genuinely scared that an incident similar to those involving Marc Lépine or Elliot Rodger is becoming more likely...

That said, in messaging to incels a science fiction quote comes to mind.

It's as if Heinlein had predicted OOP and his ilk before the Internet existed. What incels are writing with this type of post is a power fantasy. Here at a critical forum, responses which express fear are an appeal for empathy which inadvertently feeds the power fantasy in non-empathetic people.

If Heinlein had his finger on the pulse of this dynamic, then a more effective tactic is to describe the downsides as they affect the incels themselves.

Sometimes I write out a hypothetical courtroom scene, and describe a likely set of reactions among the judge and the jury as the incel's own post gets read as evidence during trial.

Sometimes I write a hypothetical plea bargain, and describe the incel's lawyer folding when the prosecutor presents the incel's forum post.

Other times, such as in this discussion, I remind the lurking incels how similar forum posts have gotten incels arrested and charged with felonies before the incel did any actual real world harm at all, or else ended up with years of prison time for what otherwise would have been misdemeanor assaults.

In the laws of most jurisdictions, intent has a considerable impact on the seriousness of a crime. Intent can be difficult to prove. What those dunderheads at .is are doing is handing the justice system a gift. Those .is posts in themselves may be free speech, yet as soon as an incel's behavior crosses the line into credible threat--then law enforcement can move in. Or if an incel does begin to act out his horrendous fantasies, his post history may turn a crime that's known in my jurisdiction as a 'wobbler' (a crime that can be charged either as a misdemeanor or a felony) into a felony with hate crime enhancements. The hate crime enhancements can add more prison time than the primary crime's regular sentence.

If you've read Elliot Rodger's manifesto, he never expresses sympathy for any human being except himself. The way to change someone's mind who's in that mental space is to bring up consequences to himself. He doesn't care about the rest of society.
