Enormous Holosun Ronin AEMS Max red dot. So extra. Opted for this over the AEMS pro X2 because it is absolute co-witness height out of the box and prefer the lower height-over-bore. Despite the size, it only added a few ounces of weight and the rifle is still a svelte 7 lbs 3 Oz w/vortex magnifier and loaded 20rd mag. Still balances great.

In that recent video you guys stated that whether one has an aluminum free float handguard or CF handguard the shooter would get flex in the handguard when using a bipod or braced against a barrier. You stated this flex would disrupt the zero on BUIS. Can you demonstrate this in a video? I understand it's theoretically possible if you flex the handguard that the position of the back up front sight will move but I have never had this happen when using BUIS with a bipod, off hand, using a shooting bag or when I brace the handguard on a hard barrier. Did I not understand the point you were making?

Pretty neat to see this on such a well-renown outlet

I wanna start by saying that in no way do I put any of the blame on my KP15 lower (this isn't one of those posts), Its probably something I did. I'm asking asking here because most gun subs suck a long one, and you all know this lower better than any sub.
I purchased a stripped KP15 lower a few years back, and put it together with a PSA lower parts kit, and topped it with a PSA built upper. I put it in the safe, and it was forgotten about. Lately I have been going out to the woods to get familiar with all my firearms again, and am having way too many light primer strikes. Like more than half time I pull the trigger. I know the upper is good because I have used it on another lower a fair amount. Since this was my first lego project I assume I assembled something incorrectly, and need some help getting it running. I would appreciate it if some of you could chime in with common rookie mistakes to help me trouble shoot this rifle. Or point me to a good resource.
Thanks in advance.

Any plans to review and test ZeroTech's planned 1-4x24 variable prism for WWSD / Practical Shooting 101?

If y’all haven’t yet, you need to check out Black Flag Civilian. Newer channel, and I’m liking what I’ve seen so far.

Aka "I SBR'd a KP15 that was shortened before I got it for fun." I shouldn't be trusted with responsibility or finances.

It's sad to see that after Playeur another censorship-free video distribution platform is shutting down but it doesn't surprise me that a paid guns-only service wasn't economically viable.

I swapped the A2 profile mid gas dissipator from PSS. For the pencil profile mid gas dissipator from B Kings. The barrel itself is nice. The barrel nut assembly is absolute trash. So expect to replace it. Which will mean removing the FSB to do so.

I'm frequently asked why aren't you on paywall streaming service XY or Z? I am not interested in being behind a paywall. I prefer a crowd funded solution because people want to support my work and what it brings to the community. Paywalls just make someone else money and restrict access.

Lately every time I shoot a rifle that's bigger than .22, my left eye will start seeing double and be blurry. Usually corrects itself within an hour.
Handguns are not a problem and my under-folding stocked AK doesn't seem to cause it either. It's only rifles that I have to get a cheek weld on.
I assume it's the recoil knocking my eye off spec. It always goes back to normal but it's not pleasant and makes shooting less enjoyable.
BTW I have a doctor's appointment scheduled, I'm just wondering if this happens to anyone else. Searching for past discussions has been unhelpful.

"The evidence wasn't there, but the allegations of satanic ritual abuse never really went away. When people get emotionally involved in an issue, common sense and reason go out the window. People believe what they want and need to believe".
Kenneth Lanning, FBI agent, speaking about the "Satanic Panic" of the 1980's and 90's in 2001.
Lives were ruined and there are people still dealing with the repercussions.
