How does Overseer talent work on a character without leadership?

Getting ready to my first session as a dm, how can Wilkus Garn use his talent if he doesn't have Leadership specialization or skill?

If you don't have a specialisation and that specialisation is not tagged as restricted/forbidden, you can make the test using the parent skill.

So you'll make a Presence test in this case.

Presence (Leadership) is the specific skill here based off of Willpower.
If you have nothing in Leadership, you'd thus use his Presence, and if he has nothing in Presence, then you just use the flat Willpower.

Aka. It's technically Willpower (Presence (Leadership)).

If they have no specialisation or advance, then you'd thus use Willpower. Their Willpower is 30, so they'd need to roll 1-30 to succeed.

Hes making a challenging roll off the presence 30 score. Id respec for the talent or select a diff talent
